Located in the heart of Erickson, BC, our vibrant studio offers enriching art experiences for all ages, including camps, after-school programs, 1:1, drop-in sessions, and specialized workshops.
Founded by Beth Swalwell, a professional art educator and Behavioural Interventionist - The Art Barn Studio is designed to nurture creativity while supporting cognitive, emotional, and social development through art. Whether you're here to learn new techniques, explore self-expression, or simply be inspired, you'll find a warm, welcoming safe space where curiosity is encouraged and everyone belongs.

CLUBS AND CLASSES: - will resume September 7th, 2026
Art Clubs for ages 5+ are Tuesdays (3:30-5) and Fridays (1:30-3) - Sewing Club for ages 6+ are Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:30-5. Little Artist for ages 2-5 Thursdays - 9:30-11:30am.

Birthday Parties can be booked on weekends and weekdays, depending on availability.

We're keeping the doors OPEN for the last stretch of summer!
Come by for drop-in art, creative projects, paper making, sculpting, experimenting and good old-fashioned making stuff just because it's fun.
Perfect for kids who still have some summer creativity to burn off ... and parents who are hearing "I'm bored" one too many times.
The studio will be open 10-5 (available later - just book a time)
