Carving is a great way to lower stress.  It can also be meditative and nurture mindfulness and concentration. 

When using basic tools on a soft substrate - like speedball Easy Cut - you can get great results, FAST.

Easy cut is smooth, flexible and won't crumble or break.  You can draw on it with a pencil, lay on newsprint, press and transfer an image.  So cool!
